A 24-hour call center

Use the medical emergency call for help service by simply pressing the button you wear on a bracelet or pendant, and an emergency signal will quickly be sent to the SOS MEDIC monitoring center.

In the event of an emergency, simply press the button and our monitoring center will contact you, a loved one or the emergency services.

Monthly payments can be completed by PPA (Pre-Authorized Payment) or credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
Payments every three months can be completed by cheque or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). 

A long-range button is available for specific needs.

Yes, you should test your button. If you do not test the button after a month, SOS MEDIC will contact you to proceed with testing your button.

An expert is always available to answer your questions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No. However, we strongly recommend that you have sponsors. If you don't have sponsors, if there is no response to an alarm at your home, we will immediately contact emergency services.

We can provide you with an annual statement of account to give to your tax preparer, who can confirm whether you are eligible for tax deductions.

The watch weighs only 20.9 g. 

The necklace (pendant) weighs only 13.60 g.

Annual plan: we convert the annual plan into a monthly plan, add the installation fee (if cancellation is within the 1st year), add the recovery fee, and refund the difference.

Please note that the subscription ends when the device is returned (at SOS MEDIC's expense).
